- 21 ounces premium strawberry pie filling
- 21 ounces premium blueberry pie filling
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, reserving 3 tablespoons for the topping and pressing the remainder into a 9×13-inch pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with confectioners’ sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with granulated sugar and the remaining 1 teaspoon of vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and airy.
- Layer one-third of the cream mixture over the crust, followed by the strawberry pie filling, another third of cream, the blueberry pie filling, and the remaining cream.
